Lead Installation & Service Telephone and Voice Mail System Technician

Job Duties
1) Installation and service of business telephone and voice mail systems by Samsung + Nortel Norstar + Avaya ACS.

2) Service calls on telephone and voice mail systems.

3) Performing pre-install meetings with sales rep. and customers.

4) Training customers on phone system and voice mail features.

6) Excellent technical and communication skills.  Must be good with customers.

7) Self motivated + strong work ethic.


Skills required
1) Working knowledge of T1 and PRI circuits.

2) Experience with Nortel Norstar, Avaya, and Samsung telephone systems.

3) Computer literate.   Knowledge of MS Word + Excel + Outlook.

Wages Range: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour

3) Computer Networks. LAN + WAN installations through our networking partners.

4) SBC Services. We are a SBC Authorized Agent. Selling local lines, long distance, DSL, T1s.

5) PROJECT MANAGEMENT. Because we do the above so well we can manage customers – expansion, moves, new offices, mergers, upgrades, new installation, etc….
