About the Company
TELMART LP is a 7 year old business communication company specializing in the following services for small, medium, and large business customers:

1) Sales and service of business telephone and voice mail systems. Specializing in Samsung, Nortel, and Avaya new and refurbished systems. All sizes, from 2 to 2,000 phones.

2) Cabling. We are experts in Category 3, 5e, 6, and fiber optic cabling. Inside plant and outside plant. Small and large jobs. Expert installation and project management. We are a BICSI corporate member.
3) Computer Networks. LAN + WAN installations together with our networking partners.

4) SBC Services. We are a SBC Authorized Agent. Ordering local lines, long distance, DSL, T1s.

5) PROJECT MANAGEMENT. Because we do the above so well we can manage customers – expansion, moves, new offices, mergers, upgrades, new installation, etc….


About Your Opportunity
Focus on the sale of the above mentioned products and services to Houston business customers. You must be able to maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through a variety of marketing methods including networking, vertical marketing, and cold call prospecting. Sales process includes uncovering customer needs in detail, solution development, proposal, presentation, closing the sale, and assisting with the project management and collections when necessary.

Qualifications
1) Minimum of 2 years of successful outside sales preferably in telecom or computer networking or hardware related sales.

2) Two years (2) with a preference of four (4) years or more of college experience. Appropriate work experience may be substituted.

3) Self motivated + strong work ethic.

4) Prospecting + listening + analytical + presentation skills.
